We offer catering for groups in those outdoor work spaces that make conventional or self catering an unrealistic option.

Wildlife film sets, mobile work crews, art installation crews, remote events etc. All inclusive, breakfast, lunches and dinners, snacks throughout the day to keep working spirits high and a general can do, we will make a plan come rain or shine attitude.

Over the years we have been involved at a number of markets in and around Cape Town Southern Peninsula. Our Quintessence Foods stall focuses on our baked goods section of the business, stoking baked goods that are all completely vegan, gluten free and mostly refined sugar free.

Mini-mobile coffee Cafe
We are very excited about this addition to the services we offer, with the addition of Joshua Falconer to our team.

Our first step taken into the mobile coffee industry is one that is not particularly common in South Africa. We have decided to take to the streets in a bit of a different fashion, with a fully loaded coffee backpack!

With a product of great German engineering, we will start by serving filter coffee, from a gravity and pressure powered backpack. Served alongside the coffee, a selection of Quintessence Bakes, perfect to eat with your coffee.
